With average temperatures reaching 80° all year round, the Dominican Republic is a firm favourite for Brits looking for an all-inclusive holiday to somewhere more exotic.

Set on the edge of the Parque Nactional del Este, this small fishing village is surrounded by a handful of holiday resorts. Renowned for its excellent diving facilities, the area is famous for its caves and limestone formations, as well as its postcard-perfect beaches – and the possibility of meeting up with manatees and dolphins!
